Therapy For Positive Change
WHAT IS THERAPY?
I work in private practice with clients from all backgrounds and industries, on a variety of different issues and life events and I have experience as a bereavement counsellor. In our initial, 1 hour session, we will talk about what has brought you to therapy and what you might want to achieve from it. We will get to know each other so that we can see how we might work together and start to explore the best way forward for you. We will work at your pace and to your agenda to ensure that you are able to make the changes that you want.
I offer therapy sessions that last for 1 hour and are conducted via Zoom. Face-to-face appointments can be arranged in Dorset and London.
